“One of, if not Niseko’s best hotel”

Hotel Room was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable and the room was comfy, we had a fantastic stay. The hotel has easy access to both the street and to the snow (ski, snowboarding). It is within a good proximity of restaurants and a large amount of shops. Easy to walk towards Niseko’s largest rental shop (Rhythm Japan). Overall a fantastic hotel and one of if not the best in Niseko.

“Stellar Staff!”

The employees are stellar, so friendly and kind. Especially Caio and Ioan, who helped us get home after finding out taxis had stopped running at midnight. We would've been sleeping in the Welcome Center otherwise. Thank you doesn't suffice!

“Amazing ski in/ski out”

True ski in ski out property! Ski lifts right outside hotel door. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 6 nights. In room washing machine was super helpful since we were traveling with kids. Close to restaurants and shopping. Hotel provided transport from hotel to Hirafu Welcome center which is where our shuttle bus from Chitose Airport dropped us off at.

“Good price and super convenient ski in/ski out!”

Good price for location and quality of room. Best ski-in/out location in Hirafu. One minute walk from biggest grocery Hirafu area, nearby the concentration of restaurants. Room itself was fully prepped for my family to cook in. Service went above and beyond. Free rides, unli ice deliveries for our drinking sessions, free cleaning( other properties we stayed in niseko for penthouses charge for cleaning). They lent us some cooking ingredients that we forgot to get in the grocery. 10 out of 10. Shout out to Ryo Sato who gave us the best service of all time.

“Absolutely love our family trip to this hotel!”

Absolutely loved our family trip to this hotel, will be coming back! The location was amazing and we loved how easy it was to get to and from the ski fields. The concierge team sets up your transport to and from the slopes - special mention to zac who always seemed there to help us and our 2 kids. Would recommend to anyone considering it!

“Highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic Niseko experience!”

Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Maples Niseko! The ski in ski out access was incredibly convenient, making our days on the slopes effortless. Our studio room was impressively spacious compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Japan, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of skiing. Special shoutout to Tagar at the check-in counter for his exceptional service, to Bruno for efficient shuttle service to the welcome centre and the rest of the staff too who were really chill and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic Niseko experience!

“ Outstanding service, highly recommended”

We had an incredible experience at The Maples Niseko, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by the concierge team. (Katherine (Katie), Yuri, Sunday, and Joanne )Throughout our six-day stay in February 2024, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. One of the highlights of our trip was the seamless transportation arrangements they made for us, including pick-up and drop-off services. Whether we needed to get to the slopes, explore the area, or return to the airport, the concierge team was there every step of the way to assist us. Their support didn't end with transportation logistics; they were also readily available to answer any questions we had and provide valuable recommendations for activities and dining options in the area. Their local knowledge and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we're incredibly grateful to the Maples concierge team for their outstanding service. We highly recommend The Maples Niseko to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free stay in the area

“The location is the best on the mountain.”

As many others have mentioned, the location is the best on the mountain. True ski in and ski out which leads you right to your ski lockers. It’s the only hotel in the area that is truly designed this way - the other hotels down the hill require you to hike up the bunny hill to jump on the lift whereas at the maples, you just throw your skis on and ski to the family lift. We are not beginner skiers but the set up at the hotel would be great for those just learning or those with young kids.

The hotel it self is nice and all that you need. Clean with a small kitchen which was ideal for making breakfast. Staff was also very kind and helpful with questions. We did not dine at the pizza restaurant at the hotel but it looked busy each night. Agreement with Rhythm is a nice touch - we were able to leave our rental skis at the lobby as we checked up for Rhythm to pick up at a later time.

The location in Hirafu is also ideal. Across the street from a grocery store and walking distance to all the top bars and restaurants in the area.

Would recommend to anyone visiting especially those who value the ski in/ ski out without having to take the bus all over town.
